Warship Development ("we", "us", "our", "WDEV", "Warship Dev") creates Minecraft assets, plugins, configurations, setups, and other related products for Minecraft servers. By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our products or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Ownership of Content

All products and resources created by Warship Development (“Services”) are fully owned by us.<br>Copying, stealing, leaking, or claiming our work as your own is strictly prohibited.

2. Your License

By purchasing and verifying a license, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our Services:

  • On a server you personally own, or on a network where you have direct administrative control.
  • You may use the Services to create, manage, or enhance content on your Minecraft server.
  • You are allowed to generate revenue from your server using our Services, as long as the server and its host are secure and properly maintained.

You are not allowed to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the Services with any third party.
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain the source code.
  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of local, national, or international law.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.

Violation of these rules may result in permanent license termination. ---

3. Free Versions

If a free version of a product exists, it can only be downloaded from our official website.<br>We reserve the right to log download information for security and analytics purposes. We do not collect any personal data through this logging.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments, refunds, and financial disputes are handled exclusively by BuiltByBit.

We are not responsible for:

  • Payment failures
  • Chargebacks
  • Refund decisions
  • Transaction disputes

5. No Warranty ("As-Is")

All Services are provided “as is” without any form of warranty. As far as the law allows, Warship Development and its authorized team members cannot be held liable for any of the following:

  • Loss of data, profits, or account access;
  • Unauthorized access due to hacks, external attacks, or technical failures;
  • Downtime, interruptions, or malfunctions of our Services;
  • Any issues resulting from misuse, negligence, or breach of these Terms by the user.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang AB, Microsoft, or BuiltByBit. ---

6. License Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any license at any time and without prior warning if we believe the user has violated these Terms.

  • If Discord privacy settings allow, our bot will notify you.
  • If not, we are not required to provide notification in any other way.
  • No refunds or compensation will be provided in the event of license termination.

After termination, you must immediately stop using all of our Services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
